The isolated house of Cecilia i David is located on a rectangular shaped plot touching the old town. Taking advantage of the good orientation of the plot, access is projected from the North directly from the street and thus the totally private garden is kept at the bottom of the plot, facing south.
The house is organized in two volumes. The volume with the sloping ceiling contains the private rooms and the volume with the flat ceiling contains common areas such as the living room and kitchen. The room has connection to the terrace covered with a continuous pavement by means of a lifting sliding balcony. With the solar study it is controlled that the sun does not overheat the house in summer and in winter enough sun can penetrate.
The basement is for parking and machines.
