This spectacular single-family house has a very favorable orientation, since the access to the land is through a quiet street in the north of the plot and the garden faces south with wonderful views towards the coast and the town of Colera.
The project is developed on two floors, adapting as much as possible to the slope of the land. On the access floor there is the suite on the one hand and a large open space on the other that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, all with access to the terrace and sea views. On the ground floor are the additional bedrooms, all of them with direct access to the garden with swimming pool.

As in all projects, the orientation and construction materials have been taken into account to reduce energy consumption.
