Paloma and Manuel’s isolated house is located on an irregularly shaped plot touching the green area of the urbanization.
Taking advantage of the slope, the access to the street is projected at the lower level and so the garden can be left on the upper level completely private.
The house is organized in two volumes. The volume with the flat ceiling contains the private rooms and the volume with the sloping ceiling contains common areas such as living room, kitchen and mezzanine.
The loft has large balconies with access to the west-facing roof terrace with spectacular views of the Pyrenees. Thanks to the slant of the floor, the room has a double height connecting the ground floor with the mezzanine.
