The second home of the Predom Garcia Family is located on a rectangular plot in a privileged area with access to the navigable canals of Empuriabrava.

In order to convert it into the habitual residence, it is planned to completely modernize the house and create a second floor to give the family the necessary space.

On the ground floor there will be a room with a sink, in addition to the garage, the kitchen with an integrated dining room and the living room. The living room and kitchen have access to the free space of the plot with swimming pool and jetty. The staircase will be located in the room to reach the rooms on the first floor. On the first floor, two rooms are created for the girls with their sink and a complete suite with a splendid bathroom and a dressing room. The finishes are modern and bright in shades of white and gray.

The roof of the ground floor becomes flat to give a cubic appearance. The first floor is fitted as a transverse cube with a cantilevered part above the ground floor. Metal carpentry will be installed, dark and rectangular. With this great reform and a completely new face of the whole house is achieved.
