The promoters Oscar and Juan Manuel decide to expand the building.

On the ground floor there is a business and on the first floor we project new offices.

In order not to occupy buildable surface, we install the access staircase outside.

We organize the new floor in a reception with a waiting area and access to the terrace, two individual offices and a toilet.

To distinguish the existing part from the enlarged part in the façade, a painted black finish is chosen.
