The Marie and Frédéric tower is located on a rectangular-shaped plot in a privileged area with access to the navigable channels of Empuriabrava, Castellò d’Empuries.
The initial style of the farmhouse is Mediterranean with arches and balustrades.
It is planned to modernize the house completely.
The most important change in the interior is the decision to open the kitchen to the double height living-dining room. The double height gives a special light to the table area. In addition, a sink and a dressing room are created in the main room in order to obtain a complete suite on the first floor of the tower. The rest of the house is completely renovated with current finishes. The finishes are modern and bright in shades of white and gray.
On the outside a complete change is achieved by removing all the arches and smoothing the swirling of the walls. Metal, dark and rectangular carpentry is installed.
In the private garden that overlooks the canal, a large terrace is created with the infinity pool on a second level. On the façade facing the street, the porch roof is converted into a ground floor and the entrance door is incorporated into the wall lined with wood. With this great reform and a completely new face of the whole house is achieved.
