The isolated house of the Ollier family is located on an elevated plot in Rosas with sea views.

Taking advantage of the slope, access is projected through the upper level and so the garden can be left at the lower private level.

To incorporate the porch into the house we close the gaps with large balcony doors, maintaining the aesthetics of the arches.

This new space becomes a room with access to the new terrace with sea views.

With the owners, it is agreed to use metal beams and metal exterior carpentry to highlight the reform and differentiate the existing one.

The rest of the house is completely renovated with current finishes.
