The farmhouse is located in a quiet place with stunning views of the mountains and is still close to the national road between Olot and Figueres.

The house was in a deplorable state and large parts of the structure and exterior walls had to be redone, always respecting the limits of the original construction. Once finished it will be a single-family house with all the updated services and with high-quality rustic finishes.

The interior layout is brand new and meets customer needs. The materials used are largely of origin, such as the stones of the exterior wall or the repositioned tiles to maintain the charm.

The horizontal structure is resolved with local or proximity oak wood.
